These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access to and use of the Dr Appoint platform (“Platform”). By registering, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Dr Appoint.

Dr Appoint is a technology-enabled platform that facilitates interactions between patients and independent healthcare professionals for the purpose of appointment scheduling, consultation facilitation, and health record management. The Platform does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and does not establish a doctor-patient relationship independently.

Users agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and while using the platform. Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities carried out under their account. Any unauthorized use must be reported immediately.

Healthcare professionals listed on the platform are independent practitioners. Dr Appoint does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or outcome of any medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment provided by such professionals.

Users are advised to exercise independent judgment before relying on any consultation or service obtained through the platform.

Appointments booked through the platform are subject to availability and the specific policies of individual healthcare providers. Cancellation, rescheduling, consultation fees, and refund policies may vary and are governed by the respective provider’s terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dr Appoint shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to medical outcomes, delays, interruptions, or data inaccuracies.

The Platform and all associated intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, content, and software, are the exclusive property of Dr Appoint and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Dr Appoint reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate user access at its sole discretion in cases of misuse, violation of these Terms, or legal compliance requirements. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.

Dr Appoint reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
